Below are directions to Tui Lodge which is situated near the world famous Tongariro River in the quiet town of Turangi on the southern shores of Lake Taupo. Turangi is at the centre of the North Island half way between Auckland and Wellington.

Staying on SH1 head right through Taupo, Turangi is about 45 minutes south. Just after you cross the bridge entering Turangi take first the first left into Piri Road, then right onto Taupahi Road. We are half way down on the right hand side just past Arahori St.

Heading into Turangi on SH1, go past the National Park Sign until you see the Turangi township on the left and turn right into Arahori St, then right into Taupahi Rd. We are not far along on the right hand side.
